55 degrees and sunny, a perfect day for a SF city hall wedding. We had been through a long period of rain and it was finally a day of sunshine here in the city! SF City hall was abuzz with many couples excitedly waiting to get married. We arrived here and started taking photos around 1pm before making our way towards the Mayors Balcony for M + J’s wedding ceremony.
M + J met 11 years ago through a mutual friend and was set up on a blind date. That mutual friend ended up being the officiant of their wedding! Now they’re about to embark on another exciting new chapter: parenthood! For her dress, Minh wore the most beautiful sage green wedding dress. It was such a fun departure from the usual white wedding dress. Minh had tried on white dresses, but ultimately decided that this sage green gown was the perfect fit. And I had to agree. For James’ part, he wore a navy suit with a green tie. Funnily enough, their wedding took place the day before St. Patrick’s day and it just so happened that we had a few celebrations honoring St. Patrick’s day in the area below. It was such a fun little tie-in for their wedding day. All in all, this was the most beautiful and unique SF city hall wedding, congrats to M + J!
