It was a beautiful warn autumn day at Saratoga Springs. The weather had been extremely fickle lately; hot as 80 degrees one day, winds as high as 20 mph another, but today was perfect, perfect for a Saratoga Springs wedding. Today, Amanda and Richard IV were making their love official, today they were getting married. It had seemed that Richard and Amanda were meant to be together even before they knew it. The number 27 had a special meaning to them both. They were both born on the 27th; him in February and her in December, and they were married on September 27th.
In Amanda’s words, she felt thankful that she was finally marrying the man of her dreams, who happens to be the most amazing father to their children; Aurora and Richard V (aka Bubba).
Amanda’s choice of details matched exactly that of her personality; bright vibrant sunflowers that evoke sunshine and warmth paired with red roses of which exude romance and love. The mix of bright yellow and moody maroon were the perfect goodbye to summer and welcome to fall. The rest of the night was filled with speeches from both the father of the bride and the groom, dancing, as well as warm conversation around the campfire. Amanda and Richard shared their first dance as husband and wife, one of many more to come.
