The Venue
75 degrees and mostly sunny, the perfect day for a Marin Art and Garden Wedding. This was my first time photographing at this venue, and I must say, I am in LOVE! This venue is a little hidden gem in Marin. There are so many cool little spots for photos here – the rose garden, the mangrove tree, the lawn by the gazebo, and each winding path was lined with beautiful botanicals. Because we are still in Marin, during the late evening, the famous San Francisco fog began to trickle in and we ended rushing to grab as many golden hour photos as could. It was a beautiful day, made only more beautiful, by our sweet couple.
Danielle + Sam
Speaking of our sweet couple, let’s talk about our couple Danielle + Sam! These two had the meet-cute story of a lifetime. They met at a bar in the Marina. Danielle spotted Sam from across the room. Danielle’s friend then introduced Danielle to Sam. You’d think that’s where I say, “and the rest is history,” but nope! That same friend had her phone stolen that very same night and Sam spent the rest of the night helping them recover the phone. The phone was ultimately never found, but D + S had a happy ending out of it!
