THE LODGE AT SONOMA

Oof 90 degrees, not exactly the ideal day for a wedding, but it was such a beautiful day nonetheless. This was my first time photographing at The Lodge at Sonoma and I have to say, it is a stunning venue!

From the gorgeous sun-filled guest suites to the beautiful ceremony site to the cocktail area under the large oak tree, everything looked so beautiful under the warm Napa golden light. Not to mention, the added benefit of having a wedding here is definitely the fact that entire wedding can stay at the lodge and enjoy its amenities. Because it was such a hot day, we decided to do the first look close to the suites / pool area rather than by the ceremony site so that we can stay cool extra shade and have some privacy prior to the ceremony.

COUPLE

C + K are just possibly one of the sweetest, giggliest couples I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. I got to know them both throughout the course of 2 weeks! Starting with their city hall ceremony, rehearsal dinner, and ending with their wedding! These two are just simply thankful to have found each other, and nothing else matters. Their genuine love and joy in being in each other’s presence can be easily seen in these photos. Not to mention their super handsome fur baby, Bodie aka Bodacious made several popular appearances throughout their wedding day. The Lodge at Sonoma was THE perfect venue to showcase their love and style.
